Custom Design Process

After submitting your design preferences through our form, our expert jewelers will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your vision in detail. You’ll have the opportunity to schedule a consultation through our booking system to explore options, discuss materials, and refine your design. We’ll create detailed 3D renders and work with you until every detail is perfect before beginning production.

 

Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email with next steps
  • A link to schedule a free consultation through our booking system
  • Initial design recommendations based on your preferences
  • A preliminary price range based on your specifications

Absolutely! The form is just the starting point. During your consultation, you can discuss all aspects of your design with our experts. We encourage collaboration to ensure your piece is exactly as you envision.

 

No, the design form and initial consultation are completely free. You’ll only make a payment once you’re satisfied with the final design and ready to proceed with manufacturing.

 

Materials & Quality

We exclusively use:

  • 18k gold (yellow, white, or rose gold options)
  • Premium certified diamonds
  • All diamonds are certified by the Kimberley Process
  • Recycled gold certified by RJC (Responsible Jewelry Council)

All pieces are crafted in our manufacturing facility in Dubai, where we’ve been creating fine jewelry for over three decades. Our facility combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to ensure the highest quality results.

 

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on:

  • Your choice of metal (18k gold type)
  • Diamond specifications (cut, color, clarity, and carat weight)
  • Design complexity
  • Additional features or stones

We’ll provide a detailed quote during your consultation and work with your budget to create the perfect piece.

A 50% deposit is required to begin production after you’ve approved the final design. The remaining balance is due before shipping. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.

 

As each piece is custom-made to your specifications, all custom orders are final sale. However, we offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to ensure you’re completely satisfied before production begins.

 

Service & Support

Our pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering any damages or defects resulting from workmanship. After the warranty period, we offer repair services at reasonable rates.

 

Yes, we offer resizing services for rings. Pricing will be quoted based on the specific requirements of your piece.

Shipping

We offer:

  • Free Xpress shipping within Canada (2-3 business days)
  • Free shipping to the US (3-4 business days)
  • International shipping available (timeline varies by country)
  • All shipments are fully insured
  • Duties are included for US and Canada
  • Taxes are applied at checkout according to your location
  • United States and Canada: Duties are included. Taxes are applied at checkout based on your location.
  • Other international orders: Additional duties and taxes may apply according to local customs regulations.

Care & Maintenance

For regular cleaning:

  1. Mix mild liquid dish soap with warm (not hot) water
  2. Soak the jewelry for 15-30 minutes
  3. Rinse with warm water
  4. Dry with a polishing/microfiber cloth
